Right now, our delivery zone covers the entire European Union and United States.

My delivery arrived damaged — what should I do?
If your order took a hard hit on the way, don’t worry - we’ve got your back. Just snap a quick photo and send it to 4thandframe@gmail.com. We’ll call the next play and get a replacement out to you, guaranteed.

What’s your return policy?
Because of on-demand prints we only accept returns in case of a manufacturing defect or production error.

• Just email us within 14 days of delivery with a short description and photos of the issue.
• Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and take care of the rest.

For customers in the EU and UK:

• You have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal – meaning you can return your order without giving a reason.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.
• Customers cover the cost of return shipping back to Germany.
• As soon as we’ve checked the return, your refund will be issued within 14 days
