Return & Refund Policy

General Policy (Outside the EU)

All of our products are made to order. Therefore, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or production error.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at 4thandframe@gmail.com and include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defective product

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

EU Customers 

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you are legally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period at 4thandframe@gmail.com.
  • Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping to our address in Germany.
  • We do not accept parcels sent freight collect (unpaid by sender).

 

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • In the case of defective or wrongly produced goods, we will cover the full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
